Pim Viergever – Founder

With over a decade in industrial maintenance and asset management, I specialize in the industrial production sector where reliability directly impacts product quality and safety. I’ve led maintenance teams, implemented CMMS systems, and trained dozens of technicians in RCM methodology. My recent work includes expanding a maintenance team and developing gamified learning platforms to make technical training more engaging and effective.

I hold certifications in RCM, NLP and continuously invest in emerging technologies – particularly AI and machine learning – to bring modern solutions to traditional maintenance challenges.
